Your construction site, live on your phone
Many families abroad have lost savings to builders they couldn’t check on. We built our process around transparency: you see what we see, when we see it.

24/7 site camera
Watch work live or check the site at night. The camera runs on solar backup during load-shedding.
Stage-by-stage photos
Each milestone is posted with photos: dhalan, brickwork, plaster, tiles, paint.
Ask your engineer
Questions go to the team on site and you get answers in writing, so every decision is recorded.
Pay by milestone
Pay only after a stage is shown as done in your portal, through legal banking channels.

Built across Dang
Local to Dang, trusted by families abroad
Our office, engineers and crew are in Dang. We know the soil, the municipalities, the suppliers and the monsoon. That keeps your build on time and within budget.
Building from overseas, answered
I live abroad. Who signs the documents in Nepal?
A family member with an Akhtiyarnama (power of attorney) can sign for you, or you can sign at the Nepali embassy where you live. We guide your family through the Naksha (building permit) process at the municipality and keep copies of every document in your portal.
How do I send money for the construction?
Payments are split into milestones such as foundation, each slab, brickwork and finishing. You pay a milestone only after the stage shows as completed in your portal with photos. Use legal banking or remittance channels so you keep a record for tax and land registration.
How does the live camera work?
We install a weatherproof IP camera on site with 4G internet and solar backup. You watch it from your client portal on any phone or laptop, day or night. Only you and the people you invite can see it.
Are your buildings earthquake-safe?
Yes. Every structure is designed to the Nepal Building Code NBC 105 by our civil engineers. We use tested TMT bars, proper concrete mixes and supervised curing, and we photograph the reinforcement before every pour so you can check it.
Can I change a design I like?
Yes. Room sizes, the number of floors, facade materials, Vastu orientation and finishes can all change. If nothing fits, ask for a fully custom design. The first consultation is free.
How long does a house take?
A typical two to three storey house in Dang takes 8 to 14 months after the Naksha is approved. Each design page shows an estimate, and your portal shows the live schedule.
